Manajemen Linen di Instalasi Laundry Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu

This Research aims to find out and analyze Linen Management in the Laundry Installation of Undata Palu Regional General Hospital. The main theories that are referenced this study Terry's theory which includes; (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Actuating, (4) Controlling, research method uses a descriptive - qualitative approach. location was located at Hospital, with 4 informants selected purposively. Data collection is carried by conducting interviews, observations, documentation. analysis techniques using Miles Huberman interactive models. Based on results research, Hospital category being able be according management process, from planning, organizing, mobilizing supervising. Planning work programs related has been available budget both direct indirect sources APBD, Organizing not implemented effectively organizing human resources recruitment placement, Mobilization can leadership directing or fostering employees appropriately well, while supervision either directly indirectly.
